1-4 Touch Right Toe Forward And Tap Right Heel Three Times, At The Same Time Raising Right Hand To Shield Eyes And Slowly Turning Head To Face Right.

5-8 Touch Left Toe Forward And Tap Left Heel Three Times, At The Same Time Raising Left Hand To Shield Eyes And Slowly Turning Head To Face Left.

9-10 TOE STRUTS
Touch Right Toe Forward. Flatten Right Heel Raising Right Hand And Turning Head To Right.
11-12 Touch Left Toe Forward. Flatten Left Heel Raising Left Hand And Turning Head To Left.
