DANCE

Wild Wild West Boogie

Not to be confused with the partner dance.
Also known as Gulf of Mexico

Choreographed by Chris Hookie

Music : Wild Wild West by Escape Club But also recommended Pink Cadillac by Southern Pacific, That's a No No by Sawyer Brown Try also Gulf of Mexico by Clint Black.(slow)

Dance style (as stated by choreographer) "There is a strong jazz influence in this dance. Keep steps small, especially during faster tempos...Exaggerate the ball-change in step 2. In step 8 this is your preparation or wind-up for the two quick turns in step 9. Put an explosive stomp at end of the dance, but remember to change your weight onto your right foot." {from CDL Vol.10 No.5)
